Hi Enritschers!  I am a self-driven, highly dedicated fitness pro coaching a diverse range of people on how to live their dream life.

In the last ten years I have achieved more than I ever imagined possible. I am truly thankful for every opportunity that has come my way and how it has shaped me to be the person I am today.

I use my accomplishments to inspire, lead and motivate others to better themselves and become the best they can be in all aspects of their lives.  My philosophy is to help others improve their eating and exercise habits, as well as their mental wellbeing through the power of positive thought and an ‘I can’ attitude.  I have a heart for people, a heart for fitness and I truly love living out my passion each and every day.

I am here, in Dubai as a VIP trainer and as an ambassador of Health and Performance, to reach out and have a positive influence on the UAE population, one person at a time.  Everyone starts their journey of self-improvement somewhere, and each of us are on a different journey.  I believe that when we find what works for YOU that your life will be in your hands.  You have been blessed with the ability to create the life you want to lead and the body that you want to walk this earth in. 

Over the last fifteen years my clients have ranged from amputees, post-surgical cerebral palsy children, to international sports athletes, to bodybuilders, to pre and post-natal females, to members of the Royal family.  Different clients have had different abilities, expectations and goals.  In each case we have worked together step by step on a journey of fulfillment and achievement.
