The Asthtanga Primary series is a series of postures in logical sequence designed to open and strengthen the body. Each posture is an introduction to the next, and joined together with the breath to create a rhythmic experience. Combined with some Vinyasas, this class creates warmth in the body and focuses on core strength.

Step into the heat for this powerful flow experience.A dynamic vinyasa yoga experience is often offered as a hot practice built on sun salutations, vigorous heat generating poses and breath, while exploring back bends, inversions and arm balances. Studio naturally heated ( (no A/C) to allow for greater flexibility and detoxifying benefits. Leave the class feeling cleansed, with a greater sense of clarity. Please bring water and hydrate well before and after the class.
With Ha meaning “sun” and tha meaning “moon,” Hatha yoga is a path toward creating balance by uniting opposites. Utilizing a sequence of physical postures (known as Asanas) we develop a balance of strength and flexibility. We also learn to balance our effort and surrender in each pose. Hatha yoga asks us to bring our attention to our breath, which helps us to still the fluctuations of the mind and be more present in the unfolding of each moment.
Morning Warrior is particularly for those who want a class that focuses more on building strength and stamina than flexibility. We will explore sun salutations that will warm up the body, of course some warrior poses and some more difficult poses that will lift your strength game. This class will keep moving, so you will work hard and probably sweat, but in the process you will brighten and buff your body and soul!
Class is based on systematic mat and equipment based exercises. Each class is designed to improve your posture, core strength, flexibility, muscle tone/contouring and body awareness. This is done by focusing on core stability, including pelvic and shoulder girdle stabilization, neutral alignment and patterned breathing. Pilates mat classes aid in restoring the natural curves of the spine, relieving tension and enhancing self-confidence.
A unique class that uses the traditional Pilates Reformer & Cadillac separately, or blends both pieces of equipment, adding integrated movement to your Pilates workout. Prior Reformer experience required.
Well rounded work-out focusing on toning and strengthening the arms, thighs and buttocks. Learning the principles of centering, concentration, control, precision, breath, and flow will help you during your pregnancy, the birth of your baby and your postnatal resurgence. The practice of Pilates during your pregnancy will also strengthen your abdominal, back, and pelvic muscles to assure that your pregnancy and labor are more comfortable. Postnatal pilates focuses on strenthening and toning your weak muscles, increasing flexibility ,improving your posture for a healthy back, all with the aim to encourage core engagement and improve general muscle tone and overall abdominal strength.
This power yoga class is a vigorous variation of a Vinyasa flow class intended to provide a full body work-out. The focus is on increasing muscle strength through holding poses for a longer duration thereby increasing stamina and toning the body. This in an intermediate level class, intended for students with a average to good level of flexibility and fitness.

In Taoist philosophy, the qualities of Yin are dark, calm, passive and deep. Based on these principles, Yin Yoga uses passive postures held for longer periods of time to allow for deep opening in the connective tissue of the hips, pelvis and spine. Meditation may be used. Yin Yoga can be practiced by any level of student. However, Yin-Yang Yoga classes will alternate quiet restorative poses with intense flow sequences and require a higher level of fitness.
Yin –Tensive In Yin Yoga the poses are held for longer offering a slow intensive stretch working deep into the connective tissue focusing particularly on the hips and spine. Yin compliments any Yang Yoga practice (Hatha, Vinyasa, Astanga) . Experience a lightness and sense of inner calm when you follow Yin-Tensive with a Yang Yoga class.
